Our business services client is currently recruiting for a part time Accounts and Finance Assistant based from their Derbyshire office, 20 - 25 hours a week. You will have responsibility for the management of purchase orders and invoices and entering details onto Sage Line 50, preparing sales invoices through to production of monthly trial balance and ensuring all transactional, payroll, taxation and VAT requirements are met. Experience of accruals and prepayments would be desirable as would the experience of managing accounts for external clients. Accountancy qualifications or working towards would be an advantage but accounts experience is a necessity
